As A Drill Sergent or an Officer, you have to make sure that your instructions are clear to the enlisted soliders. Tell them step by step make sure your words are clear and also ask they "You understand the whole thing", and if they get it wrong then its

their fault. Also as a Drill sergent or Officer, you want to increase the solider's confidence by telling them take your time, this is just pratice and etc. Its very impornatant that soliders dont become fearful, but maybe a bit of feal but not a lot.

The last thing in training you want to do as a Drill Sergent or Officer, is to be strict on them. If you're passive they'll do what ever they want as what I called it "civilian" life. But if you're strict they will listen and be aware of what to expect,
