I, OldMan_Bob, by signing this loan agreement contract agree that Neugs has lent me $277,000 on August 25, 2023. I further agree that I will pay back to him an amount of $323,000 by September 8, 2023. Failure to do so will result in fines and penalties as

determined by the laws and courts of Vindex Nation. If I am able to pay off my loan prior to the date of September 8, 2023, I will only be liable to pay an amount of $315,000. During the duration of the loan, Neugs will hold onto the properties, "tt13"

and "fl2" which he will hold onto until the loan is paid off. Once it is paid off, he will return the properties to OldMan_Bob. If OldMan_Bob is banned, Neugs may be entitled to receive any number of his assets totaling to an amount equal or greater than

the amount of the loan. The players "Cafola" and "Neugs" are, under this contract and the subsequent law, interchangeable.
