Brew Orders

-Brew Orders are call in orders that can be delivered/picked up/etc.

The going rate is that 65% of the profit from a brew order goes to the Brewery. The

rest goes to the Company. Brew Orders can be accepted by The Brewery Manager, CEO's, or the COO.

The Brewery Manager will determine the rules about who can accept, and take Brew Orders

within their own staff, if they choose to have staff.

Special Promotions decided by upper management are final, however the Brewery Manager may make their own promotions if they so choose.

Staff

The Brewery Manager can decide to have staff if they so choose. The Brewery Manager will decide on how to split profit between his/her own staff when it comes to Brew Orders, or regular stock orders.
