Property Agreement
I, upon signing this contract, agree to the following terms: I hereby agree to return in full the amount invested by other Marquis Partners, as well as their share of the profit from the sale of the property, by

I. THE PARTIES

Current Property Owner: CRAFTTT
Both ComcastRouter and CRAFTTT are hereby declared

IV. SHARE OF PROFIT
ComcastRouter will hereby collect

50% of the total profit earned on the sale of the listed property.
V. PROPERTY VALUE
The property was purchased from tawmae for $324,000.
VI. LOSS AGREEMENT
Both parties agree to attempt to sell the property for the highest value

possible. If the property sells for a loss, neither party in this agreement will collect any profit, and the amount collected from the sale would be divided. CRAFTTT shall receive 50% from such a sale, and ComcastRouter would receive 50% from such a sale.

This loss agreement shall not take affect unless the property sells for less than the original value at which it was purchased it.
VII. DATE OF REPAYMENT
The investment shall be repaid within 24 hours of the sale of the property. There shall be no

set date on when the property must be sold.
VIII. BACK OUT
Either party may back out of the agreement at any time so long as they notify the other party on Discord or in-game within 24 hours of deciding to back out. Failure to provide notice will

result in a $50,000 fee.
IX. PENALTIES
If a party in this agreement fails to pay back the other party's investment within the 24 hour period, they must pay the other party the complete value of the investment plus a punitive fine of

50% of the value of that repayment. Such a matter may be settled in a court of law of Vindex Nation.
