Executive Order #0001

Article 1: Upon the signing of this state executive order, the state of Viridis shall officially have established the housing code commission, which shall have the listed responsibilities.

Article 2: Responsibilities

I: Performing routine checks of cities ensuring all structures are not in violation of the codes written in article 3.

II: Reporting any building code violations to the staff team to be addressed properly.

III: Reporting any properties being used for criminal purposes -Drug farms
-Holding of hostages
-Illegal gang hideouts -Storage if illegal items (guns/drugs/etc)

Article 3: Codes
All of the following codes must be met by any property or else it shall be coded by the housing code commission.

I: Must not be an eyesore, this mainly is to be interpreted by the staff team once reported.

II: Must not be used for any illegal purposes, any properties found to be used in illegal activities will be reported to the Vindex Police Department.

III: Any unapproved edits will be reported to the staff team and Governor, if neither can confirm-

that the edit was permitted, then the violation will be dealt with by the staff team.

IV: Improper use of a property is prohibited, no residential properties may be used for commercial use, or vise versa. Only mixed use properties are exempt.

Article IV:
ONLY TO BE ENFORCED
AFTER A LAW IS PASSED BY CONGRESS AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT OF VINDEX NATION

Any building which has been torn down for an approved edit must be replaced, or in the process of being replaced-

within 60 days of the approved change. Violation of this timeframe will result in the violator being sued by the state.
If the violation continues for 30 days after the lawsuit takes place, the property may be confiscated and resold for face value-

adjusted for inflation and damage caused to the property by the previous owner.
