Revised Suggestion
Book for the VHD

==================

1 - VHD has a lack of money incentives. Yes employee of the month is one way, but it is not enough, and within due time, you will run out of employees to reward.

More suggestions for this are; Create a channel in the discord

If you're a surgeon, and complete a successful surgery, they can be rewarded $500-1000. If you're a therapist and complete a successful therapy session, you can be rewarded $500-1000, if you're a doctor and successfully give a cure to someone, you can be

rewarded money, there are problems in every department where they don't get payed for actually doing they're job... they only get a paycheck which isn't enough for them to survive on for food and water etc.. Obviously for these rewards to be given, you

need to provide screenshots... which isn't hard.

Additionally, you might think it's a lot of money to be rewarded for just surgery.. therapy sessions.. and that's because of the high expectations of people. People wont join a

department if the reward isn't big enough. Thankfully, I'm sure the VNDT would be more then happy to supply loans for this.

2 - After being in the VHD for a while, I've noticed that there aren't many department-wide events besides the one Lexi held giving out free meals. One way to improve overall department activity is to provide some more motivation for actually coming on..

One event idea could be for the whole DHHS to participate in, mainly just the VHD though, is what I like to call.. cure racing! Yes I'm terrible with names.. but anyway, this can be a fun event hosted by VHD leadership, where the VHD race to make cures,

the first the right cure to the host gets a point, first to 5-10 points wins a cash amount of money... simple events like these can be more motivational to join the VHD.

3 - Personally I think the Surgeon General is doing an awful job at recruitment.. I mean he isn't even on that much anymore! Just like most leadership.. they get the position then go inactive.. Some ideas that can help recruitment are; If a person manages

to successfully recruit someone into the VHD, and that person stays in the VHD for atleast a week, both the recruiter and the new employee should get a reward of $5k. People love cash.. so with all these ideas, you'll be heavily reliant on the VNDT.

When you recruit for the VHD, you need to think about why people mainly join other departments like DOJ and criminals over the VHD... And that's simple.. it's the sheer lack of activites to do whilst you wait for someone who actually needs you.. it's

boring just waiting around so activites need to be introduced that you can do in your spare time for a cash reward. I am not really a creative person so I don't have many ideas for this, however one idea is that you can set up a stall outside of the

hospital or outside of the seawall clinic letting people in the VHD sell cures that people may need in the future, this can be added for roleplay purposes too.

4 - Amendments should be made to Employee of the Month. Personally I don't think the rewards are high enough for such a long amount of time you have to wait. Simple fixes are to remove Employee of the Month or just up the prize to like $25,000 or somethin

VPD did the same thing, Employee of the Week for $10k, if VHD are doing the same but instead of per week, you have to wait per month... the cash prize should atleast be higher to make VHD actually want to come on and work hard.

Just a quick couple of things that I want to voice my opinion on before I end this book, but firstly, the extra job opportunities need to stop, if DHHS think adding these help recruitment at all, they need to know right now that it isn't, one example is

the CDC, it is probably the most useless thing I have ever seen, you're essentially creating something that an ordinary person can do in the DHHS, stop creating extra job opportunities when there's already nothing to do for the VHD.
