The circumstances to this however are the following:
1) Whopper__ and MrWhopper, these accounts must stay added to the property at all times. Even if the accounts change their name.

2) At any point in time Whopper__ can ask SirDanielwb03 to give back the island (back to Whopper__) for free. If Whopper__ is denied the island back, Whopper__ may sue SirDanielwb03 for $1,000,000 and gain ownership of the island.

SirDanielwb03 perks:
1) SirDanielwb03 can change the exterior and interior at will.
2) SirDanielwb03 must ask for permission from Whopper__ pefore adding a player to Whopperisland.
3) SirDanielwb03 cannot touch or steal any items in Whopper`s
