No killing domestic animals inside the city.
Visitors to Vindex City don't want to see innocent animals being beat to death in the streets. It is important to keep the streets looking nice and free of slaughter so people will be more inclined

to visit the city. If this law is passed it will increase tourism and the environment will be much better.
