Introduction
This is the handbook for VHD Trainers, feel free to reference this at any time you need to.
What do VHD Trainers Do?
As a VHD Trainer it is your responsibility to train VHD employees

(doctors, surgeons, psychiatrists, and therapists) and ensure they are behaving professionally. Additionally, if there are no EMS or surgeons online or capable of attending to their duties at the moment you can act as both an EMS and surgeon.

(you have both the ability to revive players while knocked and perform surgery on patients)
Training Scripts and Training Logs
You can find a guide of what to say during training in the #training-scripts channel in the VHD discord.

When training players you must record it. There is a channel in the VHD discord labeled #training-logs here you will be able to record the date you trained someone, the time, who you trained, your name, and what kind of training it was.

You will do this in this format:
Date: MM/DD/YY
Time: <including timezone>
Trainer: <your full username>
Trainee: <the person you trainedâs full username> Training: <the type of training the trainee received>

If you are not in the VHD or DHHS discord yet DM the Chief Physician, Surgeon General, or Secretary of Health and Human Services and ask them for the link
-------------------Main & Refreshed Trainings
Some examples of types of training are

Basic Doctor Training, Complex Doctor Training, Basic Surgeon Training, Complex Surgeon Training, or Psychiatrist Training. If it has been a long time since a VHD employee is trained you may have them do a refreshed training,you would label

this after the âTraining:â by putting ârefreshedâ in front of any of the previous mentioned training names. In this refreshed training you may summarize the initial training script to your liking as long as you are sure to deliver it professionally and

make sure to include any important information from the main training script that pertains to their specific tag.
Discipline
As a VHD Trainer you have the power to discipline any non-senior VHD employees. Punishments can

include warnings, scolding, and possibly a fire with a consultation with the Chief Physician, Surgeon General, or Secretary of Health and Human Services.
