Section 1. Shareholders
Monarch Industries shall be held as a partnership between TheDesertFox1 and RoyalTheMonarch ("Fox" and Royal" respectivly."
The company shall be be incorporated at a 60,000 dollar initial

Royal shall contributed 40,000 dollars and hold a 67.67 percent stake in Monarch Industries.
Fox shall contirbute 20,000 dollars and hold a 33.33 percent stake.

Section 2. Buyback Clause
Upon payment of a lump sump of 10,000 to Royal from Fox, the share split shall revert to a 50%-50% split. The company shall remain a private enterprise until this clause is activated.

Section 3. Profits
All profits of the company shall be distributed to the shareholders proportional to their percent stake in the company.

If either take the money and disappear they may be sued under the signed document clause for a sum of 50,000

This contract is to be copied by BOTH parties. In the case of a lawsuit the person suing, whomever it may be is responsible for having the contract. If the contract is proved stolen by the other business associate a lawsuit of 50k is to be carried out.
