The shareholder may appoint members of the board to represent them in the board of directors which

The board of director has absolute power in policy making and resolutions concerning the association.
This agreement will be supervised by the Vindex Football League.

The contents of this agreement is only for the signees' eyes. Violating this non disclosure agreement will result in a $250,000 compensation to JDillinger.
