I, the signer of this contract, hereby agree to trading the properties of sm9, owned by Lexx_Winters, for wh017, owned by the signer of this contract (SirMitra). If one chooses to keep both of the houses instead of trade, the other will sue for the price

of the house the original owner had. I, the signer of this contract, hereby agree to trade the properties, and if Lexx_Winters does not own Wh017 and SirMitra does not own sm9 after this deal (Unless they sell it when given ownership afterwards)

The other can hereby Sue. Lexx_Winters has to own Wh017 after this agreement (Untill Lexx_Winters agrees to sell it atleast 1 minute+ after it is owned by him) And SirMitra has to own sm9 (For atleast 1 minute+ untill he wishes to sell it).

I, the signer of this contract, agree that Lexx_Winters will have Wh017, and SirMitra will have sm9 in return. If not done so, I, the signer of this contract, will be sued for the price of the house originally given. (If SirMitra doesn't give me the house

and keeps both of them, SirMitra will get sued for $145,000)
