I, StampyOrphan in June 9th, 2017 purchased amhouse2 with Mikester97 for $1,000,000 splitting the cost evenly $500,000 each with the agreement to add Mikester97 to the house indefinitely until the house is sold or he asks to move out, if sold then-

the $500,000 must be returned along with half the profits.
If mikester97 chooses to move out and I have enough I must give him the money without question.
