Whomever signs this contract agrees to the following terms and conditions of being an Interior and/or Exterior Designer at Premium Designs.
How to charge customers: When you first meet your customer, make sure they sign the contract and

give you a downpayment of $500 in case they break the contract. At the end, they will pay you how much you spent on materials times four. (Minus the $500 downpayment) Example: It cost $1,000 for the materials. They pay you $3,500 because of the

down payment. You then add the total to the google sheets records. You must give Zibblez 10% of what the customer pays. If you do not comply, we will have the ability to sue you for the cost of the materials, and half of the labor costs.
If said employee

choses to leave the company, they must give Zibblez at least two in real life days notice. If not they will be charged $500.
Employees are not permitted to design outside of company clients. Your employers will set you up with clients. Upon hiring, if

said employee already is working with a client, they may finish the job but cease afterwards.
