1)To not remove any items from the property without authoritative permissions granted.
2)To not grief or edit the property in any way of which devalues

the property or fails to retain to the rules applicable by the server.
3)To not damage the property or exploit any of the abilities granted while designing this property in a way which is demonstrated as unfair or not acceptable.

4)To design the property in a manner which does not make the property look abandoned or destroyed.
This contract legally expires upon completion of the design of the property associated as collinm.
