-Provide VBS with a streaming area at each stadium with fences to prevent staff from falling off. The fences should not interrupt the view of the camera.
-Pay VBS 20k each season they meet their requirements
-Give VBS access to contract logs

-VBS gets first picks on games to stream
-zacorange has access to Broadcasting booth and can move people into broadcasting booth. If zacorange abuses these perms they can be taken away.

-Stream a minimum of 6 games a season. These games must be regular season games
-Give VFL 20% of any VFL Game stream revenue
-Promises to stream one VFL playoff game
-Promises to stream the Super Bowl if available
