I would like to address some issues first of being Fire Fighters not responding to calls. Numerous times I have seen Fire Fighters online and not respond to a call if you vote for me I promise to make sure my Fire Fighters will respond to calls or else

the're punishments. Next issue I would like to address is that not all Fire Fighters know how to use cords. In my trainings I shall make sure they know how to use cords so they can respond Fires. The last issue I would like to address is that not all Fire

Fighters know how to work as a team and I promise if I'm elected I will make sure they know the meaning of teamwork.

Plans I would like to do if I am elected as Fire Chief. The First thing I would like to do is make Fire Squadrons so if theres a Fire I can call the Fire Squadron leader to get his/her Squadron to take care of the Fire. My next plan is to have my Fire

Fighters record where there was a Fire and what time it happened I will make those announcements in forums post or in the Fire Station itself. My next plan is to recruit more Fire Fighters by showing them what a great place the Fire
Department is.
