"House Contract" by Spade_300

Spade_300 shall transfer $500,000 to OneBum as an investment in his bidding for the property house. Such bidding was conducted on the VindexCraft discord in channel #staff-auction1 which is auctioning the property of "house" located in Seawall, Virdis.

If OneBum succeeds in the bidding and the property is declared sold to him, he shall keep the $500,000 given by Spade_300. If he does not succeed in the bidding, the funds of $500,000 shall be transfered back to Spade_300.

If OneBum succeeds in the bidding, and keeps Spade_300's funds he shall:
- Add Spade_300 to the property "house" - Repay the $500,000 plus $50,000 totaling $550,000 by August 3rd, 2022 to Spade_300.
- Give Spade_300 5% ownership in the

property "house." And if the property "house" is sold, Spade_300 shall be entitled to 5% of the income made on such a sale.
If any of the terms of the contract are not met, neglected, or fraudently evaded by OneBum, Spade_300 shall be entitled to

compensatory damages of $500,000 and punitive damages of $60,000, as a result of lawsuit by the court of law.
