1. Murder is strictly prohibited and will be punished with a strict sentence.
A. Murder can be used in self-defense.
B. Murder can be used by public sector. (City guards, airport security or criminal investigators)

2. Theft is prohibited and will be punished with a strict sentence.
A. City guards may seize belongings of citizens, if they have a warrant from the Safety Marshall.

3. § Robbery of the city bank is prohibited and will be very strictly punished with a strict sentence.

A. No revolutions.
B. No protests.
C. No assassinations.
D. No public suicides.

5. Animal sacrifice is not allowed on the land of the City of Silence.
A. You may kill your domestic animal (cattle) for food or leather.
B. No religious animal sacrifices.

6. Helping or hiding a criminal is highly prohibited and is considered a treason.
A. You may not help any criminal suspects, even if it is a dependant/friend.

7. It is illegal to tear down a tree within the land of the City of Silence without a special authorization from the mayor/deputy mayor.
A. It is illegal to tear down a tree on your property, without a special authorization.

8. It is illegal to enter an area, which you are not supposed to enter such as airport maintenance areas, bank vault, city hall mayoral office, Blackwood mines, border checkpoints, etc. You can be detained for breaking this law.
