I MajorSir, am selling amhouse3 to bronziee and JustPlainShook for $1,800,000.
The house will be resold for $1.7m and the other $100k will be payed by June 17th 2019.

If MajorSir does not recieve payment on June 17th, bronziiee will be sued for $130,000. $100k for the finished payment and an extra $30k for not meeting the requirement.
Bronziiee shall be signing the contract, Shook is a business partner.

I bronziiee agree to this contract,
I bronziiee will pay MajorSir $100,000 to finish payment for the purchased property of amhouse3. If I do not pay MajorSir by June 17th 2019. An extra $30,000 will be added.
