Evidence:
I was a direct witness to the crime. While making an arrest on Whong (Arrest 3) I was attacked by Xhong. He came from the parking side of bank and fired 8 rounds from his deagle.

Xhong was arrested for Attempted Murder
Obstruction To Justice.
