Show them how to line up at Gates (centered and punch to straighten out)
Show them around FB
Have them do the parkour (under 3 mins)

do the shooting range
do the killhouse (under 4 mins)
teach them how to Salute (/rp salutes)
tell them when to salute (when an officer approaces)

Also, they are to call you DS, or Drill Sergeant. Not sir. Drill Sergeants are enlisted not officers.
but they call officers and the SMA sir.
