By signing this document, both parties involved (who answer by the names of Purge and Sapphire) agree to split the Empire State building. Purge will get floors 1 to 10, Sapphire will get floors 12 to 21, and they shall

split floor 11.
Both parties also acknowledge that they will write down how much each empire cost them, so it can be traded at will between the two parties for the same amount of money.
There will be no selling of empires outside of the two parties and

no getting out of this agreement unless both parties agree completely.
The two parties also agree that they will use this document and think of this document as it was intended.
The two parties also acknowlowledge that friends and alts may hold

empires for them, but may not sell them to people outside of the two parties.
