Constantinos2 will contribute the amount of $1000000 vinish dollars to the purchase of the region House by Soviet_PJ. Constantinos2 will have ownership of a total of 10.4% of the region.

Soviet_PJ cannot sell this region without verbal or written permission by Constantinos2 and the other co-owners unless he can buy them out in advance for the current market value of their share. The minimum buyout amount is 1 million.

All people added to the region must be approved by the other co-owners and sign a contract in which they agree not to break into, edit or take items from the private areas and chests of anyone else in the house.

Alts are allowed to be added to the region but must follow the same procedure as everyone else including aproval and signing a contract on the alt account.

Constantinos2 has the ability to resell his share of the house but with the obligation of giving the co-owners of the house a two weeks notice and the opportunity to buy him out themselves or have a person of their choice to do so.

To transfer the ownership of the region to someone else, Soviet_PJ needs to get the written approval of all the co-owners of the region. Soviet_PJ can buy out all co-owners for the original amount they put in, plus a reasonable amount for inflation.

Constantinos2 as a resident of the property has the obligation to respect all shared areas of the house and the private rooms of all other co-owners. Minor edits in shared rooms and the yard are allowed in good faith. All else requires approval.

Constantinos2 is not responsible for any criminal activity inside the house. If any private locations covered under his precentage of the house are used by other co-owners for illegal activities, they are solely responsible for their actions.

Failure to uphold this contract on the side of Soviet_PJ entitles Constantinos2 to an immidiate refund of the amount of money he put in plus any additional raise in market value due to inflation.

Failure to uphold this contract by Constantinos2 warrants his immidiate removal from the region. He will receive the amount of money he put in it for the purchase (1 mil) minus any damages to the region within 2 weeks of his removal.
