The VIA base could be very hard to gain acces to,but it is possible.It takes some time to Break in.If you DO gain acces to the VIA Building,there will be NOTHING upstairs.You will have to press the button inside the little office,then you

ladder,and stay on the bottom.Then the bottom of the ladder,which is an iron trapdoor,will open.Then you will go down to the ladders and you will have to successfully broken into the most Secretive government Base of all time.Inside the VIA Base

is partly known,but the base is made out of black coal,and it has countless rooms,one of the rooms is a discount gun store,and a shooting range.There's a bathroom,and Ultiment's office (Ultiment is the VIA Director)
