By signing this contract, I understand that I will recieve an the ammount of $300,000 from srikarsnake. I am expected to pay this sum back by April 5th, 2021. If I fail to pay this ammount back by this time, I agree to transfer the property cce4 to

srikarsnakee in-which he will sell the property to recouperate any losses he may have inccured. By singing this contract, I am entering this agreement willingly without any pressure from srikarsnakee or outside sources. The matters discussed in

this contract are legal. I also agree that this contract may only be voided if both parties agree to void said contract. I also understand that if I do in-fact fail to pay srikarsnakee the sum of $300,000 by the afermentioned date he reserves the right
