Provider
-Will perform all services as agreed upon in mail format
-Will not charge the client for a personal session in which the client dies at the hand of another player.

(Note, this does not include death due to client negligence or illness)
-It is expected that the client will pay for the session prior to its start. This contract legally binds the provider to fulfil all agreed upon requests that the client pays for.

Failure to provide the client the client with what they paid for allows the client to use this contract as an admital of loss in a law suit against the provider
-The provider is not expected to return payment for event security should a conflict result in

the death of a guest.
The provider is only liable if they do not make a reasonable effort at stopping the offender.
