By signing this contract, I (the signee) hereby promise to adhere to the following articles expressed in this contract. Failure to do such can result in one, or a multitude of the following:
-Demotion
-Termination
-Lawsuit

Furthermore, by signing this document, I acknowledge that I not only have read the entirety of the contract but fully understand the information disclosed. I sign this contract stable minded and do such without pressure or coercion.

This contract has been signed knowing that it can be upheld in the court of law and that it protects both me (the signee) and Wellington Corporation (and any daughter companies).

The word âOrganizationâ refers to both WC (Wellington Corporation) and said daughter companies of Wellington Corporation.
Poor wording and/or typos do not take away from the legality of this contract.

The intentions of every article, section, and paragraph are expressed correctly more often than not, and by using logic, one should be able to distinguish the correct meaning of each.

Article One: Rights

Sec. I [Establishment of Rights]
I, the signee, fully understand that I maintain all legal rights provided by Vindex Nation, and understand that Wellington Corporation (and any daughter companies) cannot withhold these from me.

I, however, also acknowledge Ex Post Facto, and fully understand that it can protect both me and the organization.

Sec II. [Expansion of Rights]
In any unforeseen circumstances of Ex Post Facto, I agree not to expose/defame/slander Wellington Corporation (and daughter companies) in the unlikelihood that the organization did something previously (time-wise)

which was AFTER declared illegal. Such information is to stay private, and within the organization.
The definition of the phrase "Ex Post Facto" has the same meaning as that of the Vinish laws.

Article Two: Exposure & Theft

Section I [Exposure of Information]
I, the signee, undoubtedly agree that any leakage of information can/will result in any of the repercussions previously listed. This applies to information that was given to employees, or in confidence.

Under no circumstance is any sensitive information allowed to be shared (to another party) over any platform for any reason. I am aware that leakage of information can occur within the organization to other employees, colleagues, and superiors.

Employees have the right to refuse to give undisclosed information to superiors (specifically, individuals that the information has been withheld from) unless the President of Wellington Corporation requests otherwise.

Section II [Conspiracy]
Any conspiring against the organization itself, regardless of intention, does not adhere to some of the standards presented in section one as employees are encouraged to tell their superiors about any intentions that are held.

Any internal conflicts of conspiracy are not to be leaked to anyone outside the organization (unless DoJ intervention is necessary) and should only be reported UPWARDS within said company's corporate ladder.

Section III [Theft]
I, the signee, note that any theft of property (both intellectual and physical) is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:
money, ideas, items, vehicles, property, and any other item owned by the organization.

Section I [Slander]
I hereby agree that I will not by any means defile, demean, slander, or demote Wellington Corporation or any other daughter companies whilst employed to either parent or daughter. Furthermore, I understand that I represent

the organization and that doing any of these actions may hurt the organization more than the words of a non-employee, and understand that slandering may create a lawsuit with larger fines as I am a part of the organization.

Section II [Actions and Portrayal]
I, the signee, fully understand that my actions can/will affect the portrayal and public image of the organization itself. Therefore, I promise to uphold the integrity of the organization by acting reasonably.

Section III [Crime]
I hereby understand that committing a crime that can endanger the organization, on any property, both physical and technological, can subject to any/all of the punishments listed in this contract.

Note: Although going against this agreement can result in demotion/termination, I understand that Wellington Corporation is allowed to do both without any breach (of contract) and explanation. This is to protect the organization's

Once more, by signing below, I am stating that I have read the entirety of this contract.
