Cops have blocked traffic in Seawall and Downtown, for fear of the clowns possibly passing in certain spots in the city. Rumours are spreaded that the demented Clown Cult is targeting police only, but the rumour has not yet been officially confirmed.

With red hair, and tacky clothing, the clown's are a major threat to Vindex society. If spotted, please report to the police force and take all cautions as to stay away from them! Vindex has become a circus!

A bank robbery occured around 6:15 PM while cops were scarce around the area. The robbery consisted of only one person, whom shortly after arriving on the

scene, ran into the bank with a dessert eagle. The robber then proceeded to shoot the late-night bank shoppers! None of them were fortunate enough to survive.
The robber managed to stay undercover meanwhile, and sneak into the vault as

cops were responding to the murders. The good end to the story is that this suspect was unable to retreive any money from the vault, and was shot on sight by officer PROSTONE!

Reports specify that three citizens dressed in the clown attire has rioted outside the bank at noon! They were shouting inaudible phrases, rumored to be the

'clown cult language' by some passerbys. They have been violent to anyone who dare interrupt the riot 'ritual' outside the bank. Cops have managed to arrest only one, as shortly after than, they began a murdering spree.
