Akain in announced in 911 broadcast that fair_sirs was wanted or something along the lines of that, I do not know what happened other then a HMX helicopter landing at prison and akain, Livan, some other person (people?) got out of a helicopter

then proceeded to tell me and Funnys another officer to arrest fair_sirs on the charges of murder and kidnapping, then a lot of talking happened, fair_sirs was put in a custody cell, leadership of the DOJ/VPD came over and were talking to Akain

Akain then admitted to something along the charges of the kidnapping of fair_sirs
I MrPerson059 am not 100% certain this is all correct but I tried to write my statement to the best of my memory. Date: May 3rd, 2020.
