Contract

This is a contract between Soviet_PJ and Huthifa_ signed in double at the 17th of
April 2020. By signing this contract both sides agree that you have read and understood all of its contents.

Purchase and Reselling of the Property
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Huthifa_ will pay Soviet_PJ the amount of 500000 vinish dollars to be one of the co-owners of the house region in seawall, meaning that he is the owner of 4% of the property.

For the region to be resold or transferred to another owner his written or verbal approval is required. The name owner ( Soviet_PJ) can buy back Huthifa_ shares in the property for the market value worth of his percentage in the property after

a 2 weeks notice is given to Huthifa_.

Adding People to the Property
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~For someone to be added to the property, they need to be approved by all the current co-owners and sign a contract on their responsibilities.

Alts of the co-owners must follow the same procedure to be added to the region.

Inviting Guests

Huthifa_ is allowed to host guests in the shared areas of the house and in his private rooms. Exceptions to the rule are all players that the majority of the co-owners agreed to ban from the property and those who have

shown intention to use the property for criminal acts (as defined by the laws of Vindex nation) against other residents of the building.

Rights and Responsibilities
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Huthifa_ will have access to all shared/common rooms as well as the yard and his own private rooms.He can edit his own private rooms however he sees fit as long as the edits within these rooms

do not affect the other residents (for example dripping water from their ceiling). He can also give permission to others to enter his room and make edits within it if he wishes.

Edits in shared areas and the yard must be limited to minor changes and any substantial edits will require the approval of the other co-owners in advance.

He should not enter any of the private areas owned by other residents perform any edits in their rooms or take items from them without their permission.

He is solely responsible for any damages he does to any of the residents and he is considered to be breaching his contract.

Breaching the contract
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ If Huthifa_ is found to be breaching this contract, he can be immediately removed from the property. His items will be returned as well as the original amount of money he put in the purchase minus

ny damages caused. They will be received within two weeks of the removal. If the amount of damages exceed 500000, he can be taken to court for the rest.

Soviet_PJ ,with the permission of any residents harmed by a breach of contract on Huthifa_’s side, might instead decide to let him stay and only prosecute for damages.

If Soviet_PJ is found to be breaching this contract, the full worth of Huthifa_’s share in the property must be paid to him immediately and to be given adequate time to retrieve his items as well as getting refunded for all damages against him.

If another resident’s actions caused damage to Huthifa_, that resident is individually responsible for covering all the cost to repair the damages they caused.

Update: Unless the economy is reset or something major happens to the economy like all houses have gone down in price significantly then soviet_pj has to pay atleast 500k to buy it back
