Basement Miner Agreement.
I, JMChilly full agree to the following, and by signing this I fully understand the agreement.
I: I, JMChilly agree to mine out the entire basement of CollinTower1 and CollinTower21.

II: JMChilly is to not grief the region in any way shape or form. He will stick to the basement and only the basment. Unless told otherwise.
III: JMChilly will be supplied Pickaxes to mine the basement, unless said otherwise by LuciusFoxWC.

IV: Before starting to mine the basement JMChilly will recieve an amount of 1/2 the payment, of $12,500. From LuciusFoxWC or PurgePlanet.
V: If JMChilly is to go inactive, inactive meaning t-1 month, the money is to be returned to PurgePlanet.

VI: As JMChilly mines the basement of CollinTower1 and CollinTower21, the process should only take 1 month, any time over that will result in JMChilly being fired from their position. and the amount of 12,500 will be returned to PurgePlanet or LuciusFoxWC
