the commanding officers. They keep us in shape, make sure we know the best possible tactics, and they also make it essential to use our heads not only on the battlefield, but during training and our lifestyle as well.
Overall, good training management

needs good leaders. We already have plenty of great leaders, but whoever the next Drill Sergeant is will surely bring improvement.
