Passing this Document would allow the job of "Educator" to be created aswell as a School in WestHedge to educate new players to the server on basic laws, rules, ways of earning, and more.

The general idea of this is to help and give new players better communication to the the server and its ways, aswell as employing Dozens of experienced players to educate them,

For instance, when i player comes online they have no idea what's happening, they often break laws, rules and don't know what to do, this school would allow functioning players on the server even in their first few days, in this idea there would be

the ranks
-Teacher *starting*
-Sr. Educater *Mid*
and the highest rank of this school would be the dean which basically ran the school, which could be an experienced player or moderator.

Why not just read the rules and laws online?

Because this School gives a fun roleplay and realistic standpoint on learning the server, aswell as showing things you can't learn on the site which are general economics on making money,

and getting a general idea of the server.
======================The Structure===

The School would consist of 3-4 class rooms with a few offices for the players who ran it aswell as a nurse area.

it would be located in either the fields of Addersfield or westhedge, it would be a quite simple structure to make if you wanted to model it off of a traditional school.

However, like college players would not be forced to attend it, it would however be a strongly reccomended place to attend.
