By signing this, TheYoungNerd agrees to the following.
* He is to pay Neugs a total of $1,500,000 as soon as possible. It does not have to be paid all at once rather in small denominations as fast as possible.

* If he has not paid the entirety of the $1,500,000 by October 17, 2019, he will give Neugs collinsh free of charge as collateral.
* He may not sell Collinsh whilst still oweing Neugs money.
* No loopholes will be accepted.
