Music blasted out of my headphones. I threw my hood on my head and walked down the street. I had just moved to this town that seemed strange. I looked at the chipped signs and sighed. I moved for one reason and that reason being to get away

from my parents, not for a vacation, I ran away. They treated me badly and forced me into marriage. I'm 15!
My parents are sick to think that what they were doing was right. They arranged the marriage and I ran away the night of the wedding. Now I was in

a weird town. I rented an apartment with some girls a few years older than me. They all already graduated and were taking university courses from the apartment. They were all nice but I felt close to one, Eugenia. She had a more darker personality which

made her blend into the town. She was the quietest out of the girls and she as obsessed with these interent stories known as 'Creepypastas' she read me one about this boy who burnt off his eyelids and went around killing people and saying 'go to sleep' it

was actually kind of weird. She gave me the website so I could read more of them but I haven't been able to check it out. I was actually planning on checking out the website when I got home from school.
I turned down the street and walked up to the

apartment building and walked in. I walked to elevator and clicked 6 and waitied for the elevator to take me to my floor. When the elevator stopped I was about to walk out but then I realised it was on floor 4. I watched as two boys and their dog got on.

One of the boys turned to me and smiled.
"Hi, I'm Jeff."

"Hi, I'm Jeff." I smile at the boy.
"I'm Ash."
"Nice name. Uhh this is my brother Liu and this is our dog, Smile."
"Why do you call him smile?" The dog then smiles at me and I pet his head."I get it now." I laugh. The elevator stops again,

this time at floor 6 and I get off.
"Nice meeting you guys." I say as I get off. I walk down to the end of the hall and open the door to my apartment and see Eugenia on her laptop.
"Ash! Check it out!" Eugenia turns the laptop around and there's a

picture of a boy with a blue mask on.
"Who's that?"
"Eyeless Jack."
"I thought it was Laughing Jack?"
"No! L.J is a different one. This one eats kidneys."
"Gross!" I laugh.
"Hey! You didn't vomit! I tried showing this to Angela and she threw up!"

"Hey that's cool and all but I need to start on my homework." I pull out my homework and start on it. All I had to
do was a history thing
then I was free.

I finished my project and sat down on my bed. Angela and Kelly (The other girls I'm

living with) were back.
I was too tired to talk so I just lied down and closed my eyes and ended up falling asleep.
-Dream-
I was in a maze and I was lost. I kept running around until I saw someone, that someone being Jeff.
"Jeff?"

He turned around and I screamed. He had no eyelids and he had a smile carved into his face.
"Jeff what happened!"
"Go to sleep." He muttered.
"What?"
'Go to sleep." He said, more louder this time.

He started walking towards me, pulling a knife out. When he was only inches from me he raised his knife and yelled "GO TO SLEEP!" and stabbed me.
-Dream Ended-
I wake up sweating and screaming. The light turns on and Kelly is there.
"What happened?"

"N-N-nightmare about Jeff."
"Who's Jeff?"
"Guy I met in the elevator. Except. He had a smile carved into his face and he had no eyelids."
"What?" I turn to Eugenia and she's wide awake.

"You met Jeff? When?"
"Today in the elevator, and he was with his brother Liu and his dog Smile."
"What type of dog was it?"
"A husky. I think."
"Oh my god. They exist! Hang on, what were

they doing here?"
"I don't know." I shrug."They got on at the 4th floor."
"I'm taking you to school tomorrow."
"Why?"
"It's nothing." She smiled and turned around and went to

"Get some sleep." Kelly says and lays back down.
"Okay."

"That's what I thought, but if you saw Jeff,

"He had black hair, wore a white hoodie, black pants.black shoes and he looked like a normal boy."
"What about Homicidal Liu."
"Homicidal Lui? Brown hair, green eyes, wore a black

jacket, a grey and black scarf, black pants and black shoes." Eugenia nodded and took out her phone.
"Did they look like this?" She pulls up a picture of two boys, a drawn picture. I nod and her eyes go wide.
"It's them."
"Eugenia, I bet it's just a silly

coincidence, they're probably cosplayers-"
"Hey Ash!" A boy -Jeff- walks up to me and Eugenia. I wave at him and see Liu running up behind him.
"Hey Liu!" Jeff turns to his brother and smirks.
"Why Ash? I was trying to scare him." Eugenia just stands

there and watches them, trying so hard not to freak out.
"Who's this?"

"This is my friend Eugenia." I turned to Eugenia and she looked scared.
"Eugenia?" I say and touch her, she turns to me and whispers into my ear.
"It's them, their murderers. Tell me if anyone else talks to you and tell me their

name." Then she runs off.
"What's with her?" Liu mutters.
"She thinks you guys are murderers. She thinks you're Homicidal Liu and she thinks you're Jeff the Killer." "She has a cool imagination then." Jeff laughs and I nod. The bell rings and I look at

"Well, I gotta get to class, bye."
"Bye!" They both say then we all go our seperate ways.

The bell rang for lunch and I walked to the cafeteria. I got my lunch and took a seat at one of the tables near the window and waited for Jeff and

Liu. After a couple of minutes I saw them as they walked over.
"What took you guys so long?"
"Bullies, lunchline, crowds. You know, the usual."
"Oh, okay." They sit down and start eating while I finish off my bottle of water.
"Is that all you got?"

Liu asks and stares at my tray.
"What? No! You guys took so long and I ate while I waited. Now all that's left is water." Liu nods and continues his meal. I look around the room and see a girl glaring at me.
"Hey Jeff. Do you know her." Jeff looks at me

and I point to the girl and he looks mad. Who was that girl?
"Jane." He mutters.

Jeff gets up and walks over to her. When he got to her table he grabbed her water and dumped it on her. She screamed and tried to grab him and she missed and fell onto the floor.
"JEFF!" She screamed as Jeff ran back to our table, laughing.

"JEFF YOU ARE GOING TO DIE!" Jane screamed as one of her friends helped her up.
"Dude that was awesome!" Liu gave his brother a high-five.
I get up to leave.
"Where are you going?"
"Bathroom. Wanna join."
"Nope." I laugh and

walk out. Once I get to the bathroom I call Eugenia. After 5 rings she answers.
"Hello?"
"Hey Ash, what's up?"
"Do you know anyone named Jane? That possibly hates Jeff?"
"Oh my god."
"What?"
"Creepypastas. I'm coming right now!" She hangs up and I sigh.

I walk out of the bathroom and see Jane.
"Jane, I'm so-"
"WHY ARE YOU FRIENDS WITH HIM!"
"With Jeff?"
Jane was about to yell but then she stopped.
"He's bad. Just stay away from him."
"Hey Ash!"I turn around to see

Eugenia.
"Is this Jane?" I nod and she just looks at her.
"So. . ."
"Uhh. . .I needed to talk to Ash so yep!" I walk away with Eugenia and she looks at me with wide eyes.
"Jane the killer goes to school with you?" I nod and she smiles.

"Look, she hates Jeff so just choose one to be friends with, but I choose Jeff for a few good reasons."
"And they are?"
"Jeff'll probably kill you if you hang out with Jane and ditching Jeff isn't the best idea." The bell rings and I look at Eugenia.

"Alright. Tell me everything after school."
"Alright." Eugenia walks away and I walk to my class.History.

I get home and Eugenia is already there with her laptop.
"Okay this is BEN Drowned and this is Sally, this is Masky,

hoodie,bloody painter, the puppeteer, and this is slenderman." After scrolling through pictures and pictures of creepypastas I start my homework. But one thing is on my mind.

He looks familiar. Maybe I should ask Jeff about it,

I walk into school and look around. Jeff isn't around, and neither is Liu. I spot Jane and walk over to her and she looks different.
"Hey Jane, I know you'll hate me for asking this but have you seen Jeff and Liu?" She turns around and looks

"No, their not at school today, they died last night." I blinked and tried to understand what was happening.
Their dead.
"No that can't be true!"
"It is, why'd you ask?"
"I needed to ask them if they knew someone."
"Who?"

"Uhh, someone named Ben?"
"Oh! I know him, he's a friend of Jeff's." Jane runs off into the crowd and I stand there awkwardly, waiting for her to get back. Finally she comes back with a boy who kind of looks like Link from LoZ.
"Ben, this is Ash."

"Hey, uhh, Ben?"
"Yeah?"
"Do you know Jeff is dead?"
"Yeah." He scratches the back of his neck and looks at me."Heard the news this morning."
I felt bad for Ben, he just lost his best friend.
"Wanna be friends with me?" Ben looks up at

The bell rings and we walk to class together.
"Hey you need to meet my neighbor. She's only 7 but she's still awesome."
"What's her name?" I ask as we walk into the class and take our seats at the back of the room.

"Yep." Ben takes out his book and opens it.
"Oh, cool." I faked a smile and took out my book and started working on my late homework.

The bell rings for lunch and an announcement for an emergency

assembly in the hall. Me and Ben walked to the hall and again took our seats in the back and waited for the hall to fill with students. Once the hall was full the principal came on stage and started the assembly.
"Now, before I start, I would like to say

that the parents of Jeff and Liu are going to be hosting a funeral and they said that anyone in the school is allowed to come, they also said not to bring flowers. Thank you." Jeff and Liu are dead? No! That isn't true! Ben was holding my hand tightly. He

knew I was going to cry. I get up and start to walk out of the huge room, Ben by my side. We walked towards my locker and then stopped. I pulled out my phone and called Eugenia, she obviously knew what to do in situations like this. The phone started

ringing, ring after ring, no one picked up.
I sigh and hang up as well and turn to Ben.
"I'm going home." I say and start walking out the door. When all of a sudden I pass out and Ben's screams and cries can be heard, and gun shots.
