States will withhold the right to create laws and enforce them, under the power of the states government.
Article II:
The States government has full rights to build and destroy structures.

States have the right to exert powers the Constitution does not delegate to the national government or prohibit the states from using.

Article IV:
States New, Coming or Set of Vindex have the right to Secede from Vindex with 60% of the states resident's vote.
Article V:
States have the right in a say what the federal Vindex government decides.
