Chapter 1
-------------------A long time ago lived Heorot, a village. No matter how much they tried to stop the tragic events, evil was set upon them, by the one and only green,horrid beast...

For 12 years, Grendel had haunted and killed many people of Heorot.
They needed a hero, a saviour. So the King of Heorot, Hrothgar set out a flyer seeking a great noble hero.

Days,weeks went on.
And atlast a group of equipped men came to

Heorot and went to the gates of Hrothgars castle. There infront of them was a costguard. "Ah, infront of me stand not attackers but.. noble men, I do not know who you may be but you seem as prepared and equipped for battle then anyone."

"Yes, I am Beowulf I stand with my men to rid of the ghastly beast, and the tragic events of Heorot. I would like Hrothgars people to not loose hope or hapiness, but gain a safe home."

"Ah you seem, very noble, proceed"
The gates opened and in walked the strong,fearless men. And as they walked in, there in front of them standing was Hrothgar, King Of Heorot. They bowed in his presence.

"Evening, you must be the noble men of my dear friend Hygelac, I would like to thank you for risking your lives as ours are at steak. You will be welcomed with a feast in our mead-hall and afterwards the battle.. will begin."

All of them walked to the mead-hall proud and brave, not knowing what they were up against.They sat down, drinking mead, eating luscious foods,listening to legends sitting by the harth and being amused with the finest music of a harp.

Chapter 2
-------------------The Fight...
===================As everyone left the Mead-Hall, Beowulfs men stood. They went to the bedroom and layed down fitfully.

The battle.. was nearing.. as Grendel
walked out his lair in the dark woods,

his ghastly figure silohetting on the trees.He came quickly with his deep evilness and as he neared the Mead-Hall Beowulf heard the shaking of the trees and immediatly ordered his men to get ready,Beowulf took all his armor off and gave his weapons to his

men. He was going to defeat the beast bare-headed. Arrows were shot at Grendel, hitting him in the shoulder,head and knee, he weakly staggered closely to the hall clenching his fist and breaking it through the wooden roof.Hitting one of the men, Beowulf

jumped onto his injured shoulder and punched his fist onto it, Grendel collapsed onto his knees, Beowulf clenched his fist tighter and punched viciously into Grendels neck, making him fall onto the ground completely, all the men jumped onto him stabbing

Grendels chest.Blood spilled over him, making him feel weaker.Beowulf shouted into the cold winter air "NO MERCY SHALL COME TO THIS ABHORRENT MONSTER"
Beowulf then set a arrow on fire aiming for Grendels cold hearted soul. Making him die...
