Policies
=================== Xaytheon holds all its soldiers, and anyone employed by Xaytheon, to very high moral and ethical standards. All soldiers are expected to have some pvp backround, weather it be in the military, law enforcement,

the rebelion, or any other pvp involved job. Other employees such as lawyers or scientists employed under Xaytheon are expected to keep company secrets and if this agreement between employer and employee is broken, the employee will agree to go to court

and settle a dispute under legal authority.
Tactics
=================== Xaytheon will only use biological, chemical, or nuclear weapons if approved by the Vindex government. Under normal circumstances, Xaytheon will use regular military and

civilian weaponry, such as rifles, and pistols. Xaytheon prohibits the use of drugs to give soldiers a unfair advantage, but does allow and discourage the use of alchoholic beverages.

Soldiers

All Xaytheon soldiers are expected to know common manners, and use common sence. They are expected to bring there own ammo. Xaytheon will provide medical supplies, such as rags/bandages.

Soldiers are to kill only when they absolutely have to, such as when they feel their lives are in danger. Soldiers that kill without reason or purpose while on a assignment will be punished accordingly. Soldiers that kill while not on a assignment will be
