Evidence:
Directly witnessed the murder of an officer. Endershadeow had used a thompson to completely suprise the officer. He attacked from behind the officer was completely unaware of his presence.

Conclusions:
Endershadeow killed an officer and was arrested. Once in cuffs Endershadeow lagged out of the game and was automatically given +30 minutes in jail.

Recommendations:
Be aware most common weapon of choice thompson. Make sure you are well armed when aprehending. Best way to aprehend the target is to strike from his left side but to keep distance from him as he carries a machete.
