Condition I: Srodins will give full owner ship of 14 plots as agree for 140k in lech to zeddy, who may add anyone he wishes to the regions.
Condition II: Zeddy will

be allowed to travel to lech at all times.
Condition III: Zeddy may resell these regions to any player for any price at any time
Condition IV: ZI must build the houses as planned by srodins

Condition V: In no form shall srodins, or the lech government take items from these plots for any reason
I, srodins, acknowledge, accept, and agree that violations of this agreement will result in consequences that could include a fine

not to exceed 140,000 Vinnish dollars in addition to compensation for any damages I may cause to Zeddy, or Zeddy Inc

Amendment I
Condition I: The buildings must be done within 12 days of this contract being signed under conditions that allow it to be so
Condition II: ZI will not hire criminals to work in lech
Condition III: ZI must pay a fine of 30,000

vinnish dollars for breaking this contract, if the buildings aren't completed within the 12 days under conditions that allow it to be so then ZI must pay 5,000 vinnish dollars for each day after the 12 days
