I'm BigGamer__ and on March 13 Im running for **S.W.A.T/S.W.A.T Leader.
I hope that when you read this book you will think smartly and vote for me! These next few pages will tell you what I want to do as **S.W.A.T

S.W.A.T and Police Jobs
S.W.A.T and Police are 2 very different things and seeing SWAT do Police duties such as guarding the bank and doing stuff for road laws is not right and not what S.W.A.T's purpose is.

To remind people what a person in S.W.A.T's Job is. It's to provide reinforced back up for Police Officers.
This may include things such as Bank Robberys, Taking someone hostage and also Raiding houses for criminals (With a Warrant).

S.W.A.T May also help out DEA in raids. Seeing S.W.A.T arresting people for Traffic Laws and Loitering is not right and something has to change about it.

S.W.A.T Teamwork
I've noticed that a lot of S.W.A.T Officers don't work in teams and thats a good reason why a lot of people in S.W.A.T die so easily it's always good to have a team mate by your side that is trustable.

S.W.A.T Vehicals
I've notice how a lot of S.W.A.T Officers use police chargers and police harleys which is a disapointment. Yes they may be fast but you wouldn't see a S.W.A.T Officer driving a police car in real life I want S.W.A.T to mostly drive

in S.W.A.T vans the most realistic vehical that a S.W.A.T officer should drive in.

S.W.A.T Pay
The amount that S.W.A.T gets paid is too low considering the amount of work S.W.A.T put in to saving lives and loosing their own S.W.A.T should get a raise all together or get paid raised depending on rank.

S.W.A.T Training
I believe S.W.A.T should be trained hard so we can be more ready and equipped when ever a serious crime happens. I believe S.W.A.T die a lot more then they should as there not tactical enough or stronger.

Other things to address
- Reduce the amount of people that get are kept hostage
- Reduce bank robbery succesion
- Be more faster to crime scenes
