Director is head of NCIS and can promote/demote people in NCIS.

The Assistant Director is 2nd in command, and assists the Director in running the department.
The Head of Filing recieves the background check information and evidence of a criminal doing crime. He then writes it down in a book, so we can tell

which sailors haven't had a background check. Then sends the criminal information to Admiral Owens or Admiral Turnet (Joaily and Guiness).
Assistant Filer(s) assists head of filing with duties.

agent abuse to the director. He/she makes sure that the agents stay within their jurisdiction.
Special Agent A oversees all major searches of offices and a sailor's living place within Pearl Harbor.
Special Agent B is

responsible for overseeing minor searches and assists Special Agent B with major searches.
Agent A conducts major searches with supervising officer (Special Agent A).
Agent B conducts minor searches with supervising officer

Agent C looks for sailors who haven't had a background check yet, and calls a VPD officer for check on criminal record.

Major searches mean the search of someone that has a high suspicion level.
Suspicion Levels are
Low: Little to no suspicion. Won't be sent to Admiral Owens or Turnet for approval.

Medium: Will be sent to Admiral Owens or Turnet for a minor search.
High: Will be sent to Admiral Owens or Turnet for a major search.
Notice: All approved searches will be sent with to Director or Assistant Director to

organize. Also, if you spot a navy commiting a crime, record or take screenshots. We have no jurisdiction in the city, meaning we can't arrest or shoot them. Even in Pearl Harbor, no arresting or shooting!
Files will be inspected by Director!

You can edit files, but you can not make more or remove any files filers!
Notice: Only Director can promote/demote/kick people off of NCIS. Inspections of department will be ran by Director and Assistant Director.

If drugs are found on a search, take screenshots/video of it in the office!!! Can't get them punished if there is no proof!
Also, Head of Filing must double check all background checks!
