SEC 1 PURPOSE: the purpose of this act is to make sure people that work in the server are getting paid, and to create a treatures office.
SEC 2 PROPOSAL: This act will create a office of 3 people who will

monitor the exchange of money on the server concentrating most promently on payment of workers.
The team will audit businesses and make sure workers are getting paid. If payment is wrong a procection will occure of the manager.

This agency will also make sure civil servents are being paid.
The final purpose of the agency is to manage loans and audit businesses to make sure there following correct guidelines.
