1. Purpose. The purpose of this correspondence is to communicate to
eligible offices the availability of Vindex Intelligence Agency (VIA) liaison partnerships, as offered through the Office of Public Affairs
(OPA).

2. Program Information. The purpose of the VIA OPA Liaisons program
is to provide eligible government offices with a direct and secure channel of contact with the VIA, and to receive special advisory from the VIA where it is desired and deemed beneficial.

Liaisons which
were previously provided by the VIA will cease liaison services
effective at 0000EST on 11 November 2017.
Liaisons must be provided
by departments themselves going forward.

The purpose of this is to allow us to better handle liaison relations with more offices than we've previously been able to.

3. Application Process. Offices wishing to initiate a liaison with
the VIA should contact the VIAOPA seeking more information.

Bear in
mind that liaisons must be a member of the offices they represent, and
are subject to a full examination by the VIA prior to initiation of
liaison services.
