This is the Shephard's handbook it's just the few rule's to obey for the Shephard's

1. do not rdm and do not do crime unless you are a rebel or a S.S.F member

2. make sure to ask Omar_Shephard if your going to change your job from criminal to gov or gov to crimnal

3. if you have any questions make sure to ask Omar_Shephard
4. Shephard's with the job of a cop can still jail fellow Shephard's

5. be nice to eachother as much as possible because this is a family after all<3

6. if you have an issue with another Shephard make sure to ask Omar_Shephard about the issue

7. do not spam call Omar_Shephard and do not ask for a lot of money
