On 7/21/20 I had noted that Kideyy has been flying extremly low by bank. When I told him to gain alititude he had ignored my statements. In doing so other officers had warned Kidneyy and to no avail he continued to break traffic and avaition laws.

Once I had officially stated that he was under arrest he had gotten more and more aggressive and refused to cooperate and flead the scene. In doing so he became extremly hostile towards myself and other officers.
