I, chipwyck, agree to the terms and coniditions within this contract written by WayneCorporation.
A. Chipwyck will be the head of the branch of Wayne Security within the WayneCorporation.
B. Security may be only used by crime-free clients.

C. WayneCorporation, the father company, will own 40% of the Wayne Security company. Chipwyck will own 60% of the Wayne Security company, and if determed by WayneCorporation, if said, chipwyck is to be fired, WayneCorporation will own then 60% of the

Wayne Security along with his already 40% ownage of the company. At that point, Chipwyck does not have to work under WayneCorporation, and is released from the job. WayneCorporation, owning 100% of WayneSecurity at said moment. The terms Chipwyck can be-

Fired for will be agreed on in a seperate contract, discussed between LuciusFoxWC and WayneCorporation.
D. The Ownage of the company will not be with property, only with the money of Wayne Security.
E. On the final day of every mont, chipwyck,

being the Head of Wayne Security Branch, will sperate 15% of all profits of Wayne Security. He then will give the 15% seperated from Wayne Security and pay it to WayneCorporation, as mentioned, at the end of every month.
