A1: what you get and what i maintaine!
1.) The National Paintball League owns all the teams that play within the League.

2.) When you buy a team this means you get to make almost all descions for your team, get the majority of profits made by your team, you sign players, terminate contracts signed for your team, and sell this team (with a representive from KatCo present).

B2: Transaction!
1.) The National Paintball League will sell the Anchorage Golden Knights for 2,500$.
2.) The Second party that signs this contract will recive all the benifits from owning a team outline in A1:2.

C1: Termaination of this Contract!
1ŭ) The National Paintball League can termanite this contract only if the Second Party engage in some kind of illegal activity within the League.
2.) The Second Party may termiante this contract at anypoint.

C2: What happens if this contract is termniated:
1.) if this contract is termniated then the the team "Goldend Knight" shall be returned to the National Paintball League's full control.

Non-Disclouser Agreement:
1.) you may not disclouse anything discused in this contract, this includes; contract stimpulation, how much you paid, etc.
