"house5 contract" by vQuasar

I, vQuasar, fully acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions held within this contract.

This contract is made in regards to the ownership of the region "house5" in Seawall.

Upon the purchase of house5, I, vQuasar, entitle Kideyy to the region. Upon the terms of this contract, Kideyy maintains 100% ownership of the property.

Term I: Ownership of the region "house5" includes the following:

1- The ability for Kideyy to request the region to be placed in his name at any time.
This means that upon entering the region it states "house5 is bought by Kideyy"

2- Kideyy maintains the ability to decide who is, or who is not added to the region.
3- Kideyy maintains the ability to decide who is added to the lockette signs.

Conditions 2 and 3 are negotiable by myself, vQuasar, and Kideyy.

Term II: I, vQuasar, acknowledge that Kideyy maintains 100% ownership of the property, though the region itself is to be held within my name until requested otherwise.

Term II a: In the event that myself, vQuasar, is requested to give house5 to

him, I acknowledge the obligation to give him the region for the price of $0 as he maintains 100% ownership of the property.

Term III: I, vQuasar, acknowledge that if the region house5 is to be sold after its purchase, without Kideyy's authorization

then vQuasar is entitled to a flat sum payment of $15,000,000

This term is negotiable given circumstance and a flat sum payment can be agreed upon by both myself, vQuasar, and Kideyy.

Term IV: In the event that I, vQuasar, am to go inactive the region house5 is entitled to Kideyy.

Term V: In the event that I, vQuasar, am to change my name all terms and conditions within this contract are still valid.

I, vQuasar, signed this contract knowingly and willingly and I am fully aware of all of the terms and conditions held within it upon the signing of this contract.
